Fascia Board

Fascia Board

Fascia board – Horizontal trim board attached to rafter or truss ends at the eaves and along gables.  Often fascia boards support additional trim such as shingle molding and they are also where rain gutters are attached.

Also any trim boards, such as may be used around decks or porches, to conceal rough framing lumber or the ends of floor boards.
